Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply visit your order confirmation email and select Request Return. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide next steps.
ArkLume complies with all requirements under the Australian Consumer Law. Our policies do not limit or exclude any rights you may have under ACL.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@arklume.com.au if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. In many cases we can resolve damage claims without requiring you to return the item — simply send us clear photos of the damage.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we have assessed your return request we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at hello@arklume.com.au.
