Free Shipping Australia Wide
ArkLume offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. No minimum spend required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 6-12 business days to most Australian metropolitan areas. Regional and rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand periods, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting arklume.com.au/pages/tracking or by contacting us at hello@arklume.com.au with your order number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. ArkLume is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@arklume.com.au. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us at hello@arklume.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email please contact us at hello@arklume.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
